Terms & Conditions

By enrolling at Shiv Computer Institute or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Enrollment & Fees

1. All students must complete the admission process with correct details.
2. Course fees must be paid on time.
3. Fees once paid are non-refundable (unless stated otherwise).

2. Attendance & Classes

1. Students must maintain minimum required attendance.
2. Missed classes will not be repeated unless special permission is given.
3. Institute may change class timing if needed.

3. Exams & Certification

1. Students must follow exam rules.
2. Certificates will be issued only after completing the course, clearing exams, and paying all dues.

4. Use of Institute Property

1. Computers and equipment must be used carefully.
2. Any damage caused by a student must be compensated.

5. Conduct & Discipline

1. Misbehavior, cheating, or misuse of systems is not allowed.
2. The institute has the right to suspend or remove any student for indiscipline.

6. Use of Digital Content

1. Study materials, videos, and notes are for personal use only.
2. Sharing, copying, or selling institute materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Data & Privacy

1. The institute may use your details for academic purposes such as classes, exams, reminders, and certificates.
2. Your data will not be sold or shared without permission, except where legally required.

8. Policy Updates

The institute may update Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to students.

SHIV COMPUTER INSTITUTE – Student Withdrawal Policy

1. Admission Fee / Registration Feeकिसी भी परिस्थिति में वापस (Non-Refundable) नहीं होगी।
2. Course Feeयदि छात्र बीच में पढ़ाई छोड़ता है, तो पहले से जमा की गई फीस वापस नहीं होगी।
3. यदि फीस किस्तों (Installments) में तय हुई है, तो कम से कम 1–2 महीने की फीस देना अनिवार्य होगा (जैसा एडमिशन के समय तय किया गया हो)।
4. Written Applicationपढ़ाई छोड़ने से पहले छात्र या अभिभावक को लिखित आवेदन देना होगा।
5. CertificateCourse पूरा किए बिना Final Certificate जारी नहीं किया जाएगा।
6. यदि आवश्यक हो तो केवल अध्ययन अवधि का प्रमाण पत्र (Study Certificate) दिया जा सकता है।
7. Seat Cancellation15 दिनों से अधिक बिना सूचना अनुपस्थित रहने पर सीट स्वतः निरस्त (Cancel) की जा सकती है।
8. Re-Admissionदोबारा पढ़ाई शुरू करने पर नया Registration या Re-Admission Fee लागू होगा।
