Refund Policy

At Shiv Computer Institute, we maintain a transparent and fair refund policy for all students.

1. No Refund After Admission

1. Once the admission fee or course fee is paid, it is non-refundable under normal conditions.

2. Refund in Special Cases

Refund may be considered only in the following situations:

1. Fee paid by mistake (duplicate payment)
2. Course canceled by the institute
3. Technical error in online payment

In such cases, the student must provide valid proof, and refund will be processed after verification.

3. No Refund For

1. Leaving the course midway
2. Low attendance or failing to attend classes
3. Missing exams
4. Personal reasons like shifting, job, or change of mind

4. Refund Method

1. Approved refunds will be sent through bank transfer or original payment method.
2. Processing time: 7–10 working days after approval.
