📄 Terms & Conditions – Shiv Computer Institute

1. Admission & Enrollment

• Admission is open to all students who meet the eligibility criteria for the selected course.

• Admission is confirmed only after full or partial payment of fees and submission of required documents.

• The institute reserves the right to cancel or reject any admission without explanation.

2. Fees & Payments

• All fees must be paid as per the selected plan (monthly, installment, or one-time).

• Late payment may attract a fine of ₹50–₹100 per week.

• No refund will be made after 7 days of admission, as per our Fees Refund Policy.

3. Classes & Attendance

• Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to be eligible for exams and certification.

• No compensation class will be given for unapproved absences.

• Regular discipline and punctuality are expected from all students.

4. Examinations & Certification

• Internal tests and final exams are mandatory for certification.

• Misconduct or cheating during exams will lead to disqualification.

• Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course and payment of all dues.

5. Student Conduct

• Any misbehavior, abusive language, or violation of rules can lead to termination without refund.

• Students are responsible for any damage caused to institute property or equipment.

6. Course Content & Schedule

• Course content is subject to change without prior notice as per updates in software or syllabus.

• Class timing may be adjusted based on student batch size and trainer availability.

7. Use of Study Material

• All notes, assignments, and practice software provided are for personal use only.

• Sharing, copying, or redistributing content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Media & Promotions

• Institute reserves the right to use photographs and videos of students taken during classes or events for promotional purposes (website, social media, brochures, etc.).

9. Technical Issues

• In case of power cuts, internet issues, or computer malfunction, classes may be rescheduled. No extra compensation will be provided.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

• Any disputes related to fees, admission, or certification shall be under the jurisdiction of Basti District Court (U.P.).
